NOTES:


APT ADVANCE PER TOOTH often confused with chipload.  These values are the same only when tool engagement is equal to 1/2 the diameter of the tool.


When the tool engagement is less than 1/2 the diameter of the tool the program advance must be increased to maintain the recommended chip load.
